Your refund entitlement depends on how far in advance you cancel before your scheduled delivery date.
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery and receive a full refund of all amounts paid, excluding any road permit fees already submitted to the council.
Cancel between 24 and 48 hours before delivery and receive a 75% refund of the booking value. The platform service fee and any permit fees are non-refundable as these costs have already been incurred.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery, or after the skip has been delivered, are not eligible for a refund. If the driver has already been dispatched, a £25 wasted journey fee may apply.

| 24–48 hours before delivery | 75% refund | 75% of the booking value refunded. Platform commission and permit fees are non-refundable. |

Road Permit Fees
If your booking includes a road permit (required for skips placed on a public highway), the permit fee is never refundable once it has been submitted to your local council. This is a direct cost paid to the council on your behalf and is outside SelectAndPay's control.
To cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible so we can notify your supplier and process your refund promptly.

Your Statutory Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts. However, this right is waived once the service has started (i.e., the skip has been delivered). By booking a delivery date within 14 days of your order, you expressly request that the service begins before the cooling-off period expires and acknowledge that your cancellation rights are limited to the policy above. This policy does not affect your other statutory rights.
