How We Rank Suppliers
Our leaderboard uses a transparent composite scoring system to rank suppliers fairly. Each supplier's score is calculated from three equally weighted factors that matter most to customers choosing a local service provider.
Customer Rating (40%) reflects the average star rating from verified customer reviews. Only reviews from completed bookings are counted, ensuring authenticity. Suppliers with consistently high ratings demonstrate reliable service quality.
Completed Jobs (30%) measures a supplier's track record of successfully fulfilled bookings. This rewards suppliers who actively serve customers and maintain high completion rates. The score scales up to 20 completed jobs for maximum points.
Response Speed (30%) tracks how quickly suppliers respond to customer enquiries. Fast responders score higher, with the best scores going to suppliers who reply within a few hours. This encourages prompt communication and better customer experience.
Supplier tiers (Gold, Silver, Bronze) are awarded based on overall performance and are updated regularly. Verified suppliers have completed Stripe payment verification, adding an extra layer of trust for customers.
